Manual Stretch Film can be a cost effective option as it doesn't require any machinery as compared to Machine Stretch Film. Its flexibility makes it easy to use for everyone due to the fact that little tension is required and especially as the rolls are light weight.
Machine stretch film
Machine stretch film is stretchable, extremely thin plastic film that is specially made for the mechanical wrapping of pallets. Through a stronger formulation than a standard manual film, this film offers exceptional performance and resistance to irregular pallets.
Vented pallet stretch film
Breathable stretch film is designed to satisfy customers' requirements related to moisture problems or ventilation needs through packaging.With large perforations across the surface of the film, Macro-perforated stretch films allows air to infiltrate and circulate around the goods even when tightly bound by multiple layers.
Mini stretch film Mini stretch wrap, often also referred to as bundling films, are available from Guangyuan packaging in different widths, starting from 20 mm. They are used for packaging and bundling and can be processed either manually or by machine.

This multi-layer film is manufactured with auto-gauge and extrusion control technology, our super-downgauged film delivers major yield gains over standard formulations to provide a low-gauge, high-strenth performance film for easy application.
We often allows for at least a 10-15% downgauging of film thicknesses due to its robust structure. Despite its thinner gauge, it can also be stretched by up to 150%, enabling users to further reduce their "wrap per pallet" consumption.
Our power wrap is for use on pre-stretch rotary stretch wrap machines with up to 300% stretch. It offers excellent value and superior pre-stretch capabilities, ideal for high pre-stretch machines.
