Yes,we can provide the existing sample for free,just the shipping cost paid by your side.But we will request sample charge for the custom designs.Sample charge can be refundable when order is up to certain quanlity.

For existing sample,it takes 3-5days.For the custom designs,it takes 5-8 days usually.
